All orders are valid for 30 days unless you specify otherwise or cancel. We will contact you for authorization when we are ready to ship any item more than 30 days from the order date or when shipping back orders. All orders must be paid in advance except University and Trade orders from within the United States (see below). See our FAQ (frequently asked questions) for more detail on payment options. It also includes shipping information. Prices are subject to change.

Ordering Methods: You may order by using the order graphics on each page. They will take you to our secure Shopping Cart which you can also enter directly from the menu. You may also order by letter, phone, or fax (our online catalogs include an order form you may use for mail or fax orders). The best time to call is 9-4 Pacific Time Monday through Friday and 9-2 on Saturday, but don’t hesitate to call after these times or on Sunday as we are often available. Leave a message, if necessary, and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

Backorders: While we strive to keep stock levels high, not every item is always available. We will contact you if any items are out of stock and give you the option of a partial shipment (recommended for large orders). Shipping charges apply to each shipment.

Sales Tax: For Nevada residents, our shopping cart will automatically calculate the tax based on your zip code. Any taxes and/or customs charges from outside Nevada (domestic or foreign) are the responsibility of the purchaser.

University and Trade Orders: We accept purchase orders from university libraries, music departments, and bookstores in the United States. Purchase orders may be sent by mail, fax, or email file attachment. Credit card orders are also accepted. Shipping: Postal Service charge based on weight and location plus $2.00 for packing and handling plus insurance if over $100 value.

Payment Options: Check or money order drawn on a US bank. VISA, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express.  For credit card orders please include card type, card number, and security code (see our order forms for details) expiration date, your name as it appears on the card, full address (BILLING and shipping if different), and phone number. We can accept bank to bank transfers from the Euro zone, UK, Canada and probably some other areas. Credit cards probably have a better exchange rate, but if you have a purchase of more than $200 and no other way to do it, contact us for details. Warranty/Refund Policy: We will correct any shipping errors brought to our attention within 30 days of shipping. Books and CDs which are in new condition may be returned at the customer's expense within 30 days of shipping for a full refund.  CDs which are defective may be returned at the customer's expense within 30 days of shipping for a replacement or refund at our discretion. We are not responsible for the condition of CD cases. No other warranty is expressed or implied.

Insurance Claims: If your insured shipment is lost or damaged you must complete and sign a simple form that we will send you so we can file the insurance claim. This is required for you to be reimbursed or have the items replaced at no charge.

Privacy Policy: We will not share any personal information you provide us with any third party except as necessary to process credit card transactions and ship your order. Our shopping cart application uses cookies to pass the items you order from page to page. Your personal and credit card information are NOT stored in a cookie. Cookies are deleted when you close your browser.
